The Lonely Tree

This well known tree in Binalong Bay, Tasmania is the obvious subject that attracts attention, however, I was also fascinated by the rocks formations. The fascination was not limited to their rich orange hue, but also by the lines, textures and shapes. I found that the best way to present these aspects was to look for some compositions that would work well in black and white.
